Boost Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, effective January 1st, 2025 members of Boost Loyalty Points will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying at BoostOxygen.com. These Terms govern membership in the Boost Loyalty Points™ program.
I. Membership
1. Free Membership.
No purchase is necessary to obtain membership or enroll in the Boost Loyalty Points program.
2. Eligibility.
You must be age 16 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Membership in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling in Boost Loyalty Points you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the program, you must provide your email address. The program is void where prohibited by law. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.
3. Opening an Account.
By registering for an account on BoostOxygen.com, you are automatically enrolled in the program. In order to enroll on the Website, you must provide an email address and create a password.
4. Membership Account.
No credit or cash will be given for unused points. Program is not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. Boost Oxygen is not responsible for use of a Member's account or redemption of a Member's points in the event the Member's account is stolen and the account is used or the points are redeemed prior to the Member informing Boost Oxygen that the Member's account has been stolen.
5. Member Information (including Personal Information) and Privacy Policy.
As part of the registration process, you may need to create a account and select a password. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and Member account, and that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Member account or any other breach of security, and to log out at the end of each session. Boost Oxygen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Online Account Maintenance.
Once a Member is a registered user of the website, members may view a summary of their account on the website. After logging onto the website a Member may change any information, as needed. Members may also view their Boost Loyalty Points balance and review their history of points earned.
II. Earning Points
1. General.
Members can earn Boost Loyalty Points on all products and on the purchase of products, subject to the $15 minimum. For all online purchases, Members must be a registered user of the website and must be signed into this account to receive any credit.
Personal Use Only. The program and associated points are intended for personal use only. The sale or barter of any Boost Loyalty Points is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Boost Loyalty Points program at any time with or without notice, or terminate any membership at any time with or without notice for any reason, including for fraud, abuse, conduct inconsistent with this policy and/or any other Boost Oxygen policies.
2. Earning Rate.
Boost Loyalty Points. Members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) spent when they purchase qualifying products on BoostOxygen.com. Points are rounded down. For example, if a member spends $19.99, the member will receive 19 points. Calculation is as follows: $19.99 x 1 point per dollar = 19.99 points, which is rounded down to 19 points.
3. Signing up for an account.
Upon creation of an account, new members will earn a one-time point value of 250 points as a thank you for signing up. Members who already have existing accounts will not receive points retroactively.
4. Timing of the Addition of Points to Accounts.
Purchases on BoostOxygen.com. Accounts will be credited within 72 hours after shipping. The timing for issuing points is subject to change.
5. Exclusions.
Calculation of Boost Loyalty Points are based on the price of the purchased product or service only and excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Boost Loyalty Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product. For example, if a product that is normally $50 is on sale for $25, a Member will only earn points on the purchase price of $25. This also includes coupon codes for specials which we may be running on BoostOxygen.com. All purchases made: (i) by a Member prior to such member joining the Program, (ii) Online without a Member being logged into the Website, are not eligible for a Program credit.
6. Returns.
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. If Member’s point balance has been depleted before a return is made and processed, the Member’s account may go negative in points to account for the deduction of points for the returned or refunded product that earned the points.
7. Bonus Point Promotions.
From time to time, Boost Oxygen may run certain bonus point promotions. Under bonus point promotions, Members, can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with the purchase of certain products at BoostOxygen.com or in connection with shopping days where a Member earns a set amount of bonus points for shopping that day. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in Boost Oxygen’s sole discretion. If a Member purchases a product during a bonus point promotion and the product comes with an additional, free product, bonus points will not be issued on the retail value of the free product. From time to time, Boost Oxygen may offer Members the chance to win various prizes, including points. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO WIN. Rules and restrictions will apply to such promotions.
III. Redeeming Points
1.General.
Points earned by a Member may be redeemed for products or discounts on products at BoostOxygen.com only.
2. Points towards Products.
Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a qualifying product based on the following scale (point values can be found online in the Member’s account dashboard, based upon the Member’s current points balance):
50 points = $1.00 off
Points can be redeemed, subject to the limitations outlined below, in any combination of the point and increment amounts set forth. For example, if a Member wants to redeem 500 points, the transaction will allow the member to exchange 500 points for store credit and receive $5.00 off the transaction. Redemption of points towards purchases of products is subject to product availability.
3. Redemption online.
Members may redeem their points on any BoostOxygen.com purchase. To redeem points through an online purchase, a Member must be logged into their account.
4. Exclusions.
Points accumulated on different accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
5. Points Expiration.
ALL POINTS EXPIRE AT THE TWELVE (12) MONTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DATE THE POINTS WERE EARNED BY THE MEMBER.
IV. General
Limitation of Liability YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION AND USE OF THIS PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, BOOST OXYGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAM.
By joining the Boost Loyalty Points Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these program rules. Except where prohibited by law, Boost Oxygen reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict Boost Loyalty Points or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Boost Oxygen may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms and conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in Boost Oxygen’s records, shall be deemed correct. Boost Oxygen reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Boost Oxygen's internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and Boost Oxygen’s internal records, Boost Oxygen's internal records will control. Boost Oxygen assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. A Member's right to transfer points earned or granted under the program is strictly prohibited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of such Member's points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Boost Oxygen may revoke any Member's membership in Boost Loyalty Points at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of store credit discounts may result in revocation of membership in the program. Boost Loyalty Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No interest is paid on Points and/or store credit discounts subject to applicable laws. Point and/or store credit discount balances are not your property, and you have no property rights or other legal interest in the Points and/or store credit discounts. All Points and/or store credit discounts remain the sole property of Boost Oxygen until redeemed. Your Points and/or store credit discounts balance or any part of it is not transferable, cannot be brokered, bartered, or sold, and cannot be divided as part of a settlement, legal proceeding or death, and cannot be combined with Points and/or store credit discounts of any other participant or participant in the program. If required under applicable state unclaimed property laws due to non-redemption of your Points and/or store credit discounts balance over time, we may transfer, report, or convey your Points and/or store credit discounts balance to a state agency. You should therefore redeem your Points and/or store credit discounts balance on a regular, continuing basis. We take no responsibility for any loss of Points and/or store credit discounts balances due to unclaimed property laws. The interpretation and application of the program's terms and conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Boost Oxygen. Any action arising out of the program, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions, shall be brought before the federal or local courts presiding in Connecticut, United States, whichever is appropriate, and to whose jurisdiction you consent in such an action. The applicable law in such an action will be the law of the Connecticut, applicable to contracts entered into and to be wholly performed therein without regard to conflict of laws or choice of law principles
